Have you ever heard the old saying “let sleeping dogs lie”? Well, one man in China discovered that this is 100% true. A Chongqing man kicked a stray dog that was sleeping in a parking spot near his home.

The dog didn’t want to let this man get away with it, so he returned with a pack of friends to destroy his car. No, we are not making this stuff up!

According to China Central Television (CCTV), after the man rudely kicked a stray dog in a parking lot in the city of Shijiazhuang, the dog didn’t resort to violence against him. Rather, she decided to get payback by recruiting her friends to damage his car.

“The dog instead returned with a pack of other dogs and started biting the man’s car,” CCTV reported on Facebook.

The viral photos show at least three dogs methodically leaving bite marks in the vehicle’s hood and body panel.

According to The Daily Mail, China does not have many animal cruelty laws in place, and a person that harms a dog or another animal can only be prosecuted for damaging property if the animal belongs to a person. This is why many dogs in China are grabbed off the street and thrown into the dogfighting ring.

I don’t know about you, but I am cheering those dogs on! Nobody should be able to kick a dog and get away with it.

🐕 We are a small group of dog-loving people who decided to undertake this small project to help dogs that are abandoned in the streets. Using a % of the money raised from sales, we take care of feeding them and grant them a home to live in.
