Jim tries to call the dog over to help her, but she doesn’t move. The video went viral, and thanks to the power of social media, the owner of the dog, whose name is Bairava, was eventually found.

According to Malaysian outlet SAYS, the dog had been missing for eight months before her owner Vaani saw the viral video online. Vaani rescued Bairava five years ago when she was a stray, but the dog had gone missing while Vaani was recovering from an illness. After seeing the video of her loyal dog waiting for her, Vaani was able to reunite with Bairava, leading to a heartwarming reunion.
