A family was concerned when a tiny Bichon Frise showed up in their back yard and wouldn’t leave. The dog was in disgusting shape – matted, dirty and very hungry. They fed him, but did not want to get close. It was obvious he needed experienced help. So they contacted the Kris Kelly Foundation in Los Angeles and the group came to rescue him, armed with hamburgers and a comforting touch! Wait until you see the little pup 3 days after his rescue. What a happy guy!
