Thanks to MCTS driver Jaime Grabowski, two lost dogs made it back home just in time for Christmas! The Milwaukee bus driver had just finished her route around midnight when she spotted the dogs in the street. She called for them, and they hopped right in the bus!

Jaime called for assistance, and it wasn’t long until a police officer arrived. He took the good boys to the Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission that takes in and cares for strays in the area.

It turned out these dogs had gotten out of their family’s yard 2.5 miles away from where they were found! The family had been out searching for their pets all night and were thrilled to have them back safe and sound. The owners and dogs were very grateful for Jaime’s act of kindness that night. 🙂

Most rules are in place for a reason. It’s best to always do what you should to stay out of trouble. However, many dog lovers can agree that an acceptable time to break the rules is when dogs are in danger. That’s exactly how a bus driver felt on his daily route.

There was a dangerous thunderstorm going on while he drove his bus in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The bus company has a strict no-dogs policy, but when the bus driver saw two stray dogs in need, he didn’t hesitate to ignore the clear expectation.

Not All Heroes Wear Capes

When it starts raining, most humans rush to the nearest building for shelter. Unfortunately, dogs don’t have that same luxury, especially if they’re homeless. So, as the treacherous storm unfolded, two stray dogs were stuck in the rain.

What Happened to the Bus Driver?

As expected, the bus driver’s employer quickly found out about the situation. After careful consideration, they decided that the man would not be punished for this. They explained that while having animals on the bus is not allowed, he did the right thing at that moment. In fact, they were very supportive and actually pleased that he had helped the dogs.

Even though the bus driver’s identity was never revealed, he has received so many kind comments on social media. He proved that anyone can be a hero, all you have to do is follow your heart and do what’s right.

As for the dogs, it’s unclear where they are now. On their bus ride, they sat so calmly, looking grateful for the kind man’s actions. They likely found a loving family not long after their photos were shared. After all, who wouldn’t want to adopt these cute little pups?

London bus driver Amos Paul Mak was puzzled when he spotted a trembling Staffordshire Bull Terrier waiting in the backside of the bus. The dog was hanging his head down like a defeated soul and wouldn’t budge from his spot. All the passengers had left for the day, and Amos assumed that someone had either lost their dog or willfully abandoned him on the bus.

Amos communicated the bizarre situation to fellow worker Ricky Hatton. As it is against regulations for bus drivers to take abandoned or lost dogs home, they decided to reach out to the locals through social media for any info on the gloomy dog. Meanwhile, the dog stayed on the cold bus all night while the staff kept hoping that someone would turn up to collect their pet.

Miraculously, Ricky and Amos’ social media eventually reached Paulina Rybak – the owner of the Staffie! For the past 6 days, Paulina had been losing sleep over her 4-year-old pooch, Boston, who went missing during a walk. The bewildered woman was shocked to see Boston’s bus pictures, and immediately contacted the depot workers to reunite with her precious boy!

As Paulina had already informed her vet and Newham Council about Boston’s missing status, it became easy for the workers to verify that she was indeed the owner of this distressed dog. While no one had any idea how Boston got on the bus, Paulina was convinced that it was her adventurous pup’s desperate attempt to find his way back home, which definitely worked!

Boston is now back in his cozy home, getting pampered to no end. His human siblings, Filip and Zofia, were extremely disturbed when he went missing. But now, the trio has been happily reunited and their bond is stronger than ever. What a beautiful tale of fate and serendipity!
